The massaseur and the facial lady were great, excellent service. However the decor of the hotel, the spa room was quite disappointing. It felt like back in 1800s, there was nothing modern. Even the antique carpets and couch were really dirty and outdated. Worst was the massage bed, it was just a table.
Additionally, the welcome to the hotel was really intimidating. I was approached by 3 bouncers and never felt welcome. Nothing was ready till 1730.
Very sad for paying almost €400,- for this

By far the best deep tissue massage I experienced! I was totally zen afterwards & treated myself with a delicious afternoon-tea!:)

Op een prachtige locatie jezelf helemaal verwennen met een heerlijke massage en beautybehandeling. Wat een heerlijke rust zo midden in het hart van Amsterdam.
