I got sick and I was not able to cancel the appointment on time. I reached out to the salon to reschedule, since I am a monthly customer and they said no showing they do not care about their clients at all. I was understanding all the times it took them 3 hrs instead of 1,5 to do my nails or when I booked a specific nail designer and they assign me someone else’s when I showed up. I was expecting them to be understanding too.
Very bad customer service, I won’t go back!

De behandeling in de salon was heel goed. Alleen de website is niet erg duidelijk. Daarom kwamen we voor meer kosten dan we hadden ingeschat. Graag duidelijkere omschrijving van wat wat precies is
