Sophie is a very warm and kind person. She always helps me to feel where I am in my body, relax to the most and gives you the me-time you'll sometimes need so hard. It's beyond a massage :) Especially in 'over-stressed' times I wouldn't know what to do without her. Try to stay open to her welcoming energy and let her do whatever she thinks is good for you. She will know!

The massage overall felt amazing and was great value for money.
I was deeply relaxed straight away and she really listened to the points I made in my consultation and managed to move energy around my body and work on a few knots here and there too.

Sophie has a peaceful calm energy which is exactly what you want when doing these types of massages. I love the little chat we have before and after the massage to discuss what she felt etc... very relaxing and inspring massage.
