Sophie is a lovely lady who knows what she’s doing ! Came feeling stressed out and left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated! Love how she takes time to cater to your personal needs. Massages aren’t a one size fits all and Sophie understands that ! Will be coming back on a monthly basis 😀

As always Sophie delivers perfection. She treats you specific to what your complaints using a combination of techniques and methods. I felt very refreshed afterwards.

Nice lady but my experience was disappointing. I booked an hour massage but my massage was a little under fifty minutes. I guess the clock is ticking as soon as you enter the room. She sits you down and asks several questions and even writes the information down. This amount of time talking proved not to be practical because during the massage, some areas that were already discussed in my wishes was missed and the muscles that were worked on lacked thoroughness for an effective treatment.
