It was my first acupuncture appointment, and it went smoothly. Jennifer gave me some insightful advice relating to my ongoing hormonal imbalance/acne and was very gentle throughout the session. The guidance I received was holistic, encompassing sleep, energy management, diet, and exercise. Additionally, Jennifer made sure to inform herself as much as possible about my health, even before the session itself, through a form I had to complete. The venue itself was fantastic for the senses, from sound to smell!
