I scheduled my appointment for 12h, I arrived 10m earlier to be able to check in on time and not be late for my next appointment at 12h30. I was only able to enter the cabine at 12h10, because there was only one attendant to clean the beds and attend the people… at the end I lost 5 min of my bed time, otherwise I would be late for my next appointment. What is the purpose of having an appointment if you are going to be attended late???

The tanning session was nice but the service could be improve. First time there, I was assigned to the strong one with no skin test (as they advertise online) and no sunscreen protection available, I should have brought mine. This resulted in getting half my body sun burned. Not very pleasant and not the result expected.
