I never used sunbeds before and came here for a try. The website says that if it is our first appointment we’d get a skin analysis and advice so I felt safe. When I arrived, the lady said that the medium tan machine was a good choice for me. Everything was clean and smooth, but I got quite burned with the settings chosen. I was super red and itchy for the next 3 days. Please be careful when choosing your bed and don’t trust their advice.

Jammer dat ik om kwart voor 9 geen gebruik meer mocht maken van het waterapparaat, vooral na een warme sessie.

I told the staff member it was my first time using a sunbed. On your website it said I would get a skin analysis upon arriving to work out the best skin treatment for me. This never happened.
I got into the sunbed, then only found out after 5 minutes that you could change the power settings so it was on High and it should have been Low.
I have ended up completely sunburnt after the 20 minutes, this was not how I expected my first time to go.
