The only good thing about this salon is that they are available for last minute appointments.
I made an appointment for a Brazilian wax with the specification that I wanted cold wax (this was the salon's recommendation since I was there once before and the hot wax treatment that I got by default, was not a pleasant experience). On the website they have the option for waxing (no mention of different types of wax) or sugaring, with 2 different prices. There is no indication that if you ask for a specific type of wax the price is different. I payed 25% more then what was advertised on the website. So in the end, the price/quality ratio was really bad. I will not come back.

Had a gel manicure, service was great and no complaints about the treatment. Will definitely return.

"Eerste klap is een daalder waard", is het gezegde.....ofwel de eerste indruk is de beste.
Ik heb een beste indruk...zelfs mee, buiten alle verwachtingen om.
Uiterst kwalitatief en fijne medewerkers.

A little bit pricier than I'd have liked (but that's Amsterdam and the services sector). The pedicure was delayed by a bit, but the pedicurist was really good; very thorough and paid attention to pain points and issues. Manicurist was super-nice and friendly; did a solid job.
