Geweldig. Lief en kundig personeel. Ik heb alweer een nieuwe afspraak gemaakt.

Erg spannend!! Eerste keer voor een Brazilian wax. Personeel was uiterst vriendelijk en alles ziet er zeer netjes uit
Vrouwen harsen - Brazilian

Worst wax experience ever (and I've been waxing for many years). When I arrived, the wax was not ready, even if they told me they started warming it half an hour before. The woman doing waxing was not tensing the skin enough while pulling the bands, what has caused me bruises.
Plus, she left a blob of wax in my bikini line that she was not able to remove and she had to rub it with oil to remove it. The result: very irregular waxing in the bikini area (is more like a bad brazilian) and a big irritation due to the rubbing.
At the end she offered me a free treatment and the bikini free of charge, but that really don't compensate the pain and the black bruises!

I went to the salon to do Brazilian waxing. It was a disaster.
- Hygiene: The girl did not wear the appropriate gloves.
- The waxing was the most painful of my life. The girl threw the hair in the wrong direction in some points and did not hold the skin properly. I could not even believe it. I was about to interrupt the treatment for how painful it was. It felt like everything was on fire. It had never happened before to me.
- I had irritation in the bikini area for 2 days (again, never happened in my whole life). Skin was intense red and every time I peed it was very very painful.
- At the end of the treatment, before asking me to check if I liked the result, the girl took some oil and threw it on my skin. Only after that I checked my pubes, and I actually did not like it (only for a matter of taste - initially I asked her to leave a small stripe of hair, and told her it was the first time I would do so. I wanted to try something new. But then I did not like it) So no big deal, BUT she should have let me check it out before she put oil on! This way it was not possible anymore to fix it and I had to keep it the way it was.
- At the beginning I made the mistake not to tell her that I have sensitive skin (actually because every time I did in other salons, they always said that the products they used were respectful of every skin, sensitive or not). At the end of the treatment, when I was in so much pain I almost had tears in my eyes, the girl went "next time let's use the products for sensitive skin". Just like that. Are you kidding me? Ok, I did not tell you I have sensitive skin in the first place. Fine. But it is part of YOUR JOB to get to know the needs of your new clients.
- At the end, my discomfort was pretty evident. However, the girl did not do anything about it. She did not handle the situation well. She did not handle it at all. Very poor professionalism.
I strongly discourage you from going to this salon. I know it's Cheap, but I'd rather spend 5 euros more and have a decent job than save such a little amount of money to go through hell (during the treatment AND the days after it!).
Hygiene standards were not met and competence was clearly lacking.
