Vivien really did my facial well. She was very diligent in the needs of my facial skin and has very gentle hands. She also explained in detail what she was doing and what kind of stuff she's putting in my face. I really love it! I'd go back for her alone!
Yana was a pro in BIAB and that was good for me because it was my first time. She even did design for my nails after the BIAB and it was really gorgeous!

It was ok, she did a good job but it felt a bit rushed and later I realized that there was a part undone. She said that a brazilian wax takes 20 min and she did it in 15, but when I checked later online, I found that it reserves 30 minutes. That confirmed my feeling. She could have done a more complete job if she would have taken the time to look good and take away everything. Which is what you sign up for if you wanna go brazilian!
