Hm, given all the positive reviews, I was a disappointed with my treatment. In general, I found the staff quite dismissive (one of them would talk to me as she was walking past without looking at me, so it was unclear whether she was talking to me or another customer, and was very short when I asked her to repeat the question). It was 37 degrees out and I asked a few times and waited half an hour for a glass of water. I kind of got the impression some of them were rushing just to finish their shift and go home (and the woman who was doing my treatment, indeed did go home before it was finished or letting me know she'll hand over to a colleague). The treatment was ok minus the digging into my cuticles, nails ultimately look good and the place was clean. Overall, it wasn't a horrible experience but it also wasn't a pleasant environment, so I think I'll look for a new place where I feel more comfortable as a guest and not so much like a burden.
