Been going there for few years now. This week prepaid a haircut which I unfortunately had to miss due to work. As I couldn’t really rebook earlier, I tried to do so directly with the salon 45 minutes after my booking was supposed to start. No response on that day at all. When I called the next day, they said I need to book another appointment and pay again and that it is my problem I didn’t show up. 1 for the customer service.

Dirty floor and chair. Full of hair of previous visitors. I paid for haircut with wash, but wash was never suggested. Overall feel of the barbershop is terrible, absolutely no client-focus and lack of service.
