Ik had een post-zwangerschapsbehandeling geboekt. Deze was niet bijzonder aangepast aan mijn situatie. Ik had zelfs na de behandeling pijn in mijn buik. Ik werd niet ontvangen, de werknemers zeiden geen gedag. De behandeling starte te laat en duurde geen uur. Na afloop werd ik niet meer geholpen. De service was overall gezien slecht.

I booked for another massage with City Street Spa. Due to some confusion and missed communication I was not aware that I was contacted to try to reschedule for another day (with a specifically requested therapist). So I showed up for my appointment and the confusion ensued. In the end, the salon was great and found a person to give me a massage at the originally scheduled time (not an easy feat). And the massage was good! The service certainly made my day even brighter.

I really love this place. I have been coming here for several months now and not planning to change this place for a different spa any time soon. Polite staff, great treatment quality for the price, really nice atmosphere, and you get blueberries with your tea :)
