Waxing is slower than what I am used to, massage was not "intensive" - people were nice, shame really

This was my first visit to the city street Spa. I heard good things about their massages so i booked an aroma therapy massage. The ambiance is very tranquil. eventhough the Spa is in the middle of town
My masseuse was a lovely lady named Kelly and she gave me a very intricate massage.
i left the city street Spa completely relaxed
Will definately recommend this place and Can't wait to try out another one of their massages!!!

Not really satisfied with the extraction I had as part my treatment. I explicitly asked for one impurity, which was a bit deeper under the top skin layer to be pierced and cleaned, however it wasn't even touched during the treatment. Another one was pierced, but not cleaned properly. The day after the procedure, I woke up with a red spot on my forehead, it's quite deep (same thing happened last time I had facial at the Street City Spa)
For such a premium price list, I would like to see higher quality.

I had the Wake-Up call facial treatment. Direct effect with vey good products in a relaxed and beautiful environment with high service level staff. Looking forward to my next treatment because I will definitely come back.
