Awful awful experience. Instead of Niba i actually think i had another specialist. Instead of 1 hour treatment she spent about 20 minutes on my haircut in general including washing and drying and around 5 minutes on haircut itself. I came out with the same result i came in, even the endings were not cut evenly everywhere. The purpose was to style hair in the way that they lay easily and keep the shape, after the haircut i received on the opposite the absence of volume and different lengths

My hair looks fine, Balayage is great. However, got home just to realise my entire dress under my hair is Bleached and ruined. Called them and emailed them to provide the feedback. But absolutely no follow ups.
