Thank you for my beautiful nails Nikkie, I had a very good experience!! I came to the salon initially to get a nail removal (of nails from a different salon that I had a bad experience with) and left with beautiful nails that make me feel so confident and happy now whenever I look at them!! Honestly due to my previous bad experience with the other nail salon (waited 1h, lacking hygiene, went against my wishes, leaving me unhappy with the results and making me feel like I wasted my time and money) I felt a bit jaded that getting my nails done could be a pleasant experience. I am so so glad I was proven wrong today! I am so happy that I decided to come here for a nail removal appointment, because I felt so welcomed, when I first came in they didn’t notice me right away (I sat there maybe like 2 minutes) and when they noticed me they greeted me, offered me drinks, and I was able to have my appointment within 5 minutes. The workstations were clean, the entire place is decorated aesthetically and I felt very relaxed and comfortable throughout. I know now what the difference is between a mediocre and an excellent nail salon and the Little Nail Room is excellent!! The staff was so so friendly and professional, they were really attentive and caring and made sure that I was comfortable and that my nails could be salvaged from the previous bad experience. I am so so glad that I decided to come here, they managed to save my nails and on top of that made me feel like it was worth it in the end to get them done. My nails are beautiful now!! I will definitely come back in the future :)
