I was expecting to run late for my appointment around 15 mins. I called them at 10:25 and told them I will be there in 20 mins for 10:30 appointment. However they rejected me immediately and reminded me that their cancellation policy is 24 hours which I totally understand, though I did not want to cancel it, I was going to late for only 15 mins. But they did not want to compromise in any way. So I have paid 82.50€ for being 15 mins late. Unacceptable service manner!
