I had a 10am appointment however the salon was only opened a little after 10am so it wasn't very welcoming to arrive to a closed store.
Salon could have been a bit tidier - there was a lot of 'stuff' everywhere, laundry hanging around etc.
They have a great selection of colours to choose from.
I didn't have Anna as my booking suggests but the guy who did my nails was good and thorough. Still waiting to see how long they last but he did a good job.

Overal a waste of money. Cuticles were not cleaned properly and the technician was not careful. Even the top coat is not applied to the whole surface of the nails. The worst is that my nails got thinner and broke already which never happens with BIAB.

My appointment took place half an hour later compared to when I booked. Chemical smell inside. The staff is nice but they seem stressed. The place seems understaffed and they don't allow enough time for each treatment so they have to rush.
