A strange experience! Pros: - Very thorough pedicure - My nails looked lovely! Cons: - Shellac removal was done with a drill that made my natural nails so thin and rough that I'm certain they will break in 1 week. - A few of us found it very difficult to communicate in English or Dutch, the staff really struggle to understand. - Workspace & tools were not cleaned between clients. - Older man wasn't paying a lot of attention and made several mistakes with 2 clients next to me.
