It was ok, but I was the last appointment of the day and I could see they were in a rush. They were 2 blowing my hair at the same time which was a bit painful and not relaxing at all. I am satisfied with my hair cut but I definitely had better one.

First time I came here was for a keratin treatment. I had colored blonde hair. My hair turned out YELLOW after the keratin. However, they didn’t say anything. I thought the yellow color would go away but it didn’t. After that I still went more times for keratin. The FOURTH time I came for keratin, they said that I shouldn’t do keratin, because I colored my hair somewhere else. Even though they knew everytime that I colored my hair somewhere else, they told me on the fourth visit, after 600 euros
