Juliette was amazing! She is so friendly. Overall I didn't feel seen in the salon and the lady at the desk let me pay more than I should

Jhosy was really great, I had a great experience with her. She was a little concerned because I seemed to take a harsher reaction to the wax than is common, but it died down within a few hours using the cream she gave me. I really appreciated her care and caution, thankfully it was all totally fine!
