Jacqueline is an experienced therapist but I didn’t receive the best massge. I requested her to focus on my back, and she did it by sliding her hands under my back, as I lay on my back, which wasn't a very pleasant experience.
I addressed this after the massage and apparently the massage I booked only focuses on the shoulders and neck on the front side of the body. This wasn't clear to me while booking the massage, otherwise I would have booked something else.
