I had to wait 30 minutes for my appointment. The results of the manicure and pedicure itself was good but it was quite expensive and not the relaxing luxury experience I was anticipating.

Fijn dat ik zondag terecht kon bij Yensi Style. Ze had snel door wat ik wilde en heeft dit snel en tegelijkertijd mooi uitgevoerd.

First of all she rescheduled my appointment and then was 20 min. late. I wouldn't have cared if the styling and cut was nice. But it wasn't! I've never had such a bad hair cut. I doesn't she cut of too much hair and was working on cleaning up my pixie for about an hour, which is quite unusual. I feel like she's never worked on short hair before. Also the quality of the cut itself was really bad, I have weird strands of hair standing out and way too harsh edges. Plus she used wayyyy to much products in my hair which made then greasy and stiff. I tried to explain my hairstyle to her and showed her pictures even, but she doesn't understand/speak English well so it was a lost cause...
