Wat ben ik blij met mijn behandeling van vanmorgen, door deze lieve en warme vrouw. Gisteravond laat een afspraak gemaakt en vanmorgen vroeg kon ik al terecht in een prachtige ambiance. Ik werd verwelkomt met een warme glimlach en een lekkere kop koffie. Je kunt je dag niet beter beginnen zou ik zeggen. Yensi is een echte aanrader!

Zeer tevreden met mijn kapsel. De sfeer en de service zijn erg goed. Ik kom vaker bij Yensi en ben keer op keer tevreden met min bezoek!

This was the weirdest experience at a hairdresser I ever had. When I arrived in the tiny salon, the hairdresser was there, but so was some friend of her who looked like a junkie! The hairdresser seated me right next to him. He asked me where I was from and how old I was, and stared at me continuously, until he fell asleep on the chair for the next 30 minutes! Totally weird... The hairdresser was kind, but she couldn't speak English, and her Dutch was very poor. I wasn't sure whether she understood my instructions and she also didn't respond to my question of whether she had any ideas about how to re-style my hair. With respect to the rest of the treatment: she washed my hair in cold water, accidently cut my neck while using the shaving machine, and burnt my skin while using the hairdryer. She didn't give me a chance to drink my tea and didn't talk to me during most of the cutting. When her friend woke up, she did talk to him, but in a language I don't understand. I felt very uncomfortable during the entire process. In the end, she didn't do a terrible job on my hair, but it has certainly looked better. Also I didn't like how she styled my hair. I normally have a short, cute and messy hairstyle, but she styled my hair using a round brush and a hairdryer.. Hillary Clinton style! The hairstyle she created was very old-fashioned and didn't fit my face nor my personality. I hope that tomorrow, after I style my hair myself, it will look better. All in all, I don't understand why this salon has such high ratings. The service I received did not even come close to the reviews I read. Also, the pictures of the salon shown in Treatwell, are not from the same salon. The salon in the Regulierdwarsstraat has similar furnitures, but it is another salon. It looks far less pretty. Extremely disappointing...
