Unfortunately there was a communication issue I believe. I asked for a long pixie/bob and showed pictures of what I wanted but ended up with a normal pixie and nothing like the photos. I did show Elif a picture of me with my pixie because she was concerned that I have curly hair and may not manage. But that was to show that I had it before not that I want that haircut. Really disappointed as I am leaving on vacation soon. If you only speak English then I would not recommend unfortunate
